How to take your measurements?

Use a measuring tape to measure the size of your feet while standing up. Then review the chart below to find out which size fits best.

Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped. For purchases shipped outside the US, delivery takes 15-25 business days.

When the order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier's order tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your order within 10-25 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at

queencomfyshoes@gmail.com providing your name and order number so that we can resolve your issue.

For calculated shipping prices: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For export calculated freight prices.

Your order may be subject to import duties (including VAT), which are added at the time the order arrives in the country of destination. Queen Comfy is not responsible for these fees if applicable, they are the customer's responsibility. 

Política de entrega

Todos os pedidos são processados entre 7 e 10 dias úteis (desconsiderando finais de semana e feriados), após o recebimento do e-mail de confirmação do pedido. Você receberá outra notificação quando seu pedido for enviado. Para compras enviadas fora dos EUA exportação de 15 a 25  dias úteis de entrega. 

Quando o pedido é enviado, nós enviaremos uma notificação por e-mail com o número de rastreamento para que você possa acompanhar o status do seu pedido. Por favor, aguarde 48 horas para a atualização das informações de rastreamento de pedidos da transportadora. 

Se você não receber seu pedido 10 a 25  dias após receber o e-mail de confirmação de envio, por favor entre em contato conosco pelo  

queencomfyshoes@gmail.com informando seu nome e número do pedido para que possamos resolver seu problema.

Seu pedido pode estar sujeito a taxas de importação (incluindo IVA), que são acrescentados no momento em que o pedido chega no país de destino. A Queen Comfy  não se responsabiliza por essas taxas se forem aplicáveis, sendo elas responsabilidade do cliente.

To preserve the beauty of your product, we recommend following these guidelines for care:

• Clean waxed or glazed with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then polish with a soft, dry cloth.-
• Do not use shoe cream, which tends to give waxed and glazed leather an opaque look.
• If necessary, occasionally apply a small amount of polish to maintain the shine of the leather.
• Keep your shoes in the two felt pouches provided and store them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
• Avoid contact with water, any substance containing alcohol (perfumes, solvents etc.) or oil (makeup), and abrasive products in general. If shoes have been in contact with water, it is important to allow them to dry thoroughly on shoe trees before cleaning them.

For sneakers, remove the laces before cleaning. Brush off dirt and debris. Use only a damp cloth to clean your leather shoes. Do not tumble-dry. Let them dry in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight exposure.
